Return Options:

  1. Refund: If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you may choose to receive a full refund for the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase and will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  2. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit of the same value as the returned product. This credit can be used towards purchasing other products. Please note that store credits do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
  3. Exchange: In cases where you have received the wrong product or SEI has shipped an incorrect unit, you may choose to exchange it for the correct item. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the desired item is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund or store credit, as per your preference.
